The Ultra Sound report during my Annual Health Check in Feb 2023 indicated Fatty Liver Grade-I and a small Hypoechoeic Liver Lesion. The sudden discovery of lesion came as a bit of shock in the 60th year of my existence as I had no symptoms / problem in this regard (and I was fairly regular in my Annual health). Other health parameters too were slightly off the mark. I also had problems related to lower back / sciatica pain (since 2-3 years) besides digestion issues / constipation.
Since my wife (Mukta Saxena) was already under the guidance of Echha Joshi for her liver – Fatty Liver Grade II (and several other health issues) since around six months and was responding extremely well, I also decided to give “Medical Nutrition” a try.
The “try” proved godsend for me. I am extremely grateful for the guidance and support I received from Echha Joshi. Her personalized nutrition plans (provided almost on daily basis) addressed my health issues positively. The thoughtful attention she gave to my specific needs made all the difference. She also advised exercises / supplements for my sciatica and bone health issues from time to time. I continue to feel more energetic, healthier, with my previous health concerns significantly reduced. The kind of diet plans and food items advised coupled with adherence to timings and their effect on our overall well being speaks greatly upon the science of Medical Nutrition and of course the nutritionist herself. We would forever be indebted to Echha for everything.
Note : I underwent CT scan , MRI and even biopsy (this was inconclusive and a repeat was advised) for the liver lesion issue later in 2023. Finally, the specialists opined that the growth seems benign since I have no other complaint in this respect but have advised MRI every 6-12 months as a precautionary measure. Interestingly, they also observed that the lesion indicated gradual reduction in size (in Ultra Sound / MRIs in Sep2023, Nov2023 and Jun2024). Checks
