Refund & Cancellations

Prior made appointments are subject to cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances, absence of the client or an emergency. We request our clients to inform us regarding such a cause through our customer support. In case of cancellation of an appointment, the client can call our customer support and set up another appointment right away.

Refunds are given in case of a cancelled appointment.The refund is credited to the client’s account within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.
