It’s an impressive and quite holistic approach to health and wellbeing and we invite you to experience the healing powers of yoga for yourself!

Clinical Yoga

Clinical Yoga (Level - Beginner)

Therapeutic yogic kriyas help you heal your chronic illnesses naturally. A powerful combination of asanas, pranayama and meditation can help bring your internal imbalances in harmony.

It has shown to be beneficial in conditions such diabetes, cancer, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders, infertility and Pcos to mention a few. 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga (Level - Intermediate, Duration - 20 days)

An intermediate yoga practice that builds lean muscles, flexibility and stability. We target your core, arms, glutes and more to give you that 360 sculpt. Each class is designed to dramatically strengthen and tone your whole body. It’s a month long series which is fun, empowering and will leave you feeling more confident than ever.

Power/Hot Yoga

Power Yoga (Level - moderate, Duration - 28 days)

28 days of unique workout routines, an exciting blend of muscle-toning moves of yoga and heart pumping cardio promises to maximise your training results. Instead of leaving you stiff and tight like other workouts, this practice is designed to build strength while opening up the body with yoga-inspired movements. You build heat, torch calories and work towards a more sculpted and toned body.

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga (Level-beginner to moderate)

Yoga is more than exercise, it’s a pleasant practice to improve focus, coordination and discipline. It’s all about building a strong & healthy foundation early on to avoid manifestation of diseases like thyroid, obesity and diabetes. Awareness of the body and breath calms the mind and relieves the mind of stress and anxiety. Teach your child the importance of health and see them grow into a healthy individual!


Yoga for bone & joint health (Level-beginner)

Is the pain in your joints limiting you from enjoying life the way you wish to? Are you tired of popping painkillers multiple times a day?

Many people who suffer from osteoarthritis, arthritis of the knee or other joint pain find the regular practice of yoga to relieve pain and discomfort. The gentle movements in yoga help keep the muscles around the joints strong and flexible. While medication helps reduce pain, yoga may eliminate it altogether.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga (Level - beginner)

Support your changing body with prenatal-specific yoga flows and deep breathing exercises (pranayama). This is a soothing and restorative practice to relieve common pregnancy tension in your back, hip flexors and calves. 

These classes will help renew energy levels, build stamina and strength as you prepare for labour and relieve any discomfort. Every moment is carefully designed for expectant mothers and is safe and effective in keeping you active throughout your pregnancy. 

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga (Level - beginner to moderate)

This practice uses movements, balance and relaxation to allow your body recover from pregnancy and birth. A gentle series designed to relieve aches from neck and shoulders, strengthen pelvic floor, repair tissues and bring the hormones back to balance. It’s a complete exercise for the whole body to strengthen and tone your body to its former glory!

Pilates Powerhouse

Pilates Powerhouse (Level-intermediate, duration 21 days)

A powerful fusion of pilates and yoga, this series is strong, sweaty and challenging. In these dynamic workouts, you will engage the muscles in your arms, legs, booty and core to achieve a total body Tone-Up!

This high intensity practice will target stubborn fat and help you build the delicious lean muscles that we all crave!

Expect to unlock deeper strength and flexibility with muscle-toning movements of pilates and yoga. – Your strongest body starts here!

Desk therapy

Desk therapy - Yoga for desk workers (level- beginner, duration 5 days)

This short series is perfect for you if you spend most of your time sitting at a desk, in front of a computer and as a result of that, feel sore, tense and continuous pain in your body. Each session will open and release tightness in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck and back, allowing your entire body to feel great again. You learn therapeutic stretches to relieve discomfort – bring productivity to your workday – Recharge your body.

Weekend reset

Weekend reset (Level-beginner, 8 weekend classes)

A mellow experience to detoxify and cleanse your body from the rigour of your work days. The classes intentionally take place over the weekends to help you disconnect  from the world and refocus mentally and physically. Carefully curated yoga asanas along with soothing breathwork helps you release built-up tension from the body, boosts energy and improves productivity and focus. You gain mental clarity and physical strength when you allow your body to be cleaned and restored!
